Bala Janakiraman is responsible for BluePay’s business strategy and company results for all current and new lines of business, as well as all functional areas of the company. In his 20 years of industry experience spanning eCommerce consulting, telecommunications and payment processing, he has built metrics-driven teams that are focused on delivering success for clients and partners. Bala frequently speaks at industry events and is featured in several trade journals for his expertise on eCommerce and subscription billing payments.
Marcus Dagenais has extensive experience on the acquiring and processing side of the payments industry, particularly within B2B/commercial and emerging market acceptance verticals. As President of BluePay Canada (a wholly owned subsidiary of BluePay Processing, LLC), he is responsible for the execution of corporate strategy, as well as development of new channel partnerships, key merchant relationships, and M&A activity throughout North America. Marcus is currently an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Maple Leaf Chapter.
Suhas Gosavi has spent 27 years as both a leading technologist and entrepreneur in the ERP ecosystem, integrating state-of-the-art, eCommerce solutions into platforms such as Oracle, JD Edwards, and SAP. As President and CEO of CDI Technology (a wholly owned subsidiary of BluePay Processing, LLC), Suhas brings his expertise of high-quality enterprise, B2B, and B2C integrated payment software solutions to BluePay. He has extensive expertise in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay solutions and is instrumental in delivering BluePay’s integrated payment strategies for enterprise businesses.
With over 20 years of experience in the Bankcard industry, Kristen Gramigna has acted in various roles within sales and marketing. In her current position as Chief Marketing Officer, Kristen works closely with all BluePay departments to coordinate marketing and communication efforts. As a member of the acquisitions team, she has helped to evaluate numerous companies and complete multiple acquisitions over the last seven years. Additionally, she is also responsible for reviewing and managing key vendor relationships for BluePay.
Nicole Palella is a seasoned Bankcard professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. As Chief Customer Officer, Nicole represents the voice of BluePay’s extensive customer portfolio to ensure that their experience working with BluePay is exceptional in every way. In addition to her role as Chief Customer Officer, Nicole leads the risk team in maintaining the highest security standards for our merchants. She is an active member of the Merchant Acquiring Committee and the PCI Security Standards Council. Nicole also sits on the Merchant Advisory Board for Control Scan.
With over 20 years of IT experience from Fortune 500s to start-ups, Joel Tosi has spent the last 13 years in the payments processing industry. His technical expertise, coupled with his strong business-minded principles, has allowed him to leverage open standards technology to deliver solid, cost-effective solutions. Within his role, Joel oversees and manages BluePay's payment platforms, operational applications, security, and overall technology vision, planning, and execution.
Tim Trench has been in the bankcard industry for over 10 years in various sales and product roles. As the head of product, Tim manages the product roadmap and all product-related decisions within BluePay. He works closely with the IT and sales teams to ensure all products are fully functional and meet the needs of the company. Tim is on the acquisition team and continues to help support enterprise sales. Additionally, he works closely with CDI, a BluePay company, to help bring payments to their enterprise level customers.
With over 12 years of experience in business development and strategy in software and telecommunication industries, Jay leads BluePay's integrated partnership business. Jay is responsible for driving business growth through the creation and management of strategic and tactical partnerships in the payments ecosystem. Prior to BluePay, Jay drove top-line revenue growth in management roles at Valkre Solutions and Motorola Mobility.
