New BluePay Plugin Gives Salesforce Clients the Ability To Accept Payments

NAPERVILLE, IL (September 11, 2014) – BluePay, a leader in the payment processing industry, recently developed a plugin for Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software system. BluePay’s plugin works entirely inside the Sales Cloud environment, allowing merchants to process payments within the same interface that they’re accustomed to, saving both time and money.

Merchants integrating the BluePay plugin with the Salesforce Sales Cloud edition will notice several new tabs on their interface related to accepting payments: Payments, Rebilling Cycles, Stored Payment Accounts, and BluePay Gateway Settings. For Accounts or Contacts, merchants will be able to run a one-time authorization or sales transaction, set up recurring transactions, securely store credit card or E-check/ACH payment info, and link the BluePay gateway account to Salesforce processing.

A unique feature about the plugin is its ability to handle processing for merchants who opt to build their own custom payment forms that are external to Salesforce, as well as those within the software.

Merchants that process within Salesforce will benefit from an increase in time and cost savings. Using the plugin eliminates the amount of time a merchant spends transferring data from one interface to another, while reducing double-entry errors. Additionally, all reporting can be done in one centralized location without having to pull from other platforms.
