BluePay Develops Plugin for QuickBooks Online
NAPERVILLE, IL (November 3, 2015) – Leading integrated payment solutions provider, BluePay, is pleased to announce the availability of a new payment module that integrates the secure BluePay Gateway to the QuickBooks Online environment. Businesses that process electronic payments using the BluePay plugin benefit from a level of security and cost-savings that they wouldn’t normally find with other plugins on the market today.
BluePay’s QuickBooks Online plugin offers many useful features for optimized functionality. Businesses can accept both credit card and ACH payments, and customers’ sensitive payment information can be stored as tokens in the system for future use. Transactions processed on the BluePay Gateway outside of the QuickBooks environment through hosted payment forms, shopping carts, etc. can be imported directly into QuickBooks Online at a later time. Additionally, businesses can set up rebilling cycles and upload multiple transactions at once for batch processing.
A new feature that previously didn’t exist with the BluePay QuickBooks Desktop plugin is invoice presentment. Businesses can select single or multiple invoices to email to their customers which can be paid through a BluePay secure hosted payment form. If the transaction is approved, the invoice will be marked as “paid” in the QuickBooks Online platform.
In addition to QuickBooks Online, BluePay also offers plugins for other QuickBooks products including Desktop and POS versions 10, 11, and 12.
“QuickBooks is one of the more popular accounting software programs on the market today,” commented Tim Trench, Executive Vice President of Product at BluePay. “BluePay continues to research the product offerings by Intuit and create new plugins equipped with advanced features and functionality to maximize our payment processing solutions for our merchants.”
