Being a first-time nominee for the CNP Awards, BluePay is honored and humbled to win Customer Choice in the Best E-Commerce Platform/Gateway category. In its fifth year, the CNP Awards are focused on recognizing the companies, programs, and solutions in the card-not-present market that have demonstrated exemplary performance over the last year. BluePay is only one of two companies in the 2016 CNP Awards to win Customer Choice honors in two categories. The second Customer Choice award recognizes BluePay’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for the Best Call Center Solution. This PCI-compliant pay-by-phone option reduces the liability risks for merchants by removing sensitive payment data from their phone system, while creating a safe and convenient way for merchants’ customers to make payments or check account balances. For the second consecutive year (2014, 2015), BluePay is honored to be the recipient of the esteemed MasterCard Data Integrity Compliance Program Award. In 2013, MasterCard introduced the program to recognize member processors who demonstrate excellence in data quality standards. To be eligible, processors must authorize and clear a certain number of transactions per month, as determined by MasterCard. Through the commitment and dedication from the operations team, BluePay placed in the top 5% of all current acquirers and processors in Canada with respect to accuracy and integrity of transaction data.

Awards were based on honors, past awards, referrals, recommendations, and industry standards such as products and services, rates and fees, security and EMV, and customer service and technical support.
