You will receive an automatic email when you complete the
online application. This email contains your Merchant Account information which
has automatically been assigned to you. Your Congratulations page will be
displayed at the end of your online application and contains your SCHEDULE OF
FEES page. |

Print, sign, & fax |
|

• Print, sign, & fax your Schedule of Fees located
at the end of your online application. |
| • Fax a voided check to where you want your money deposited. |

You must sign and fax a printed copy of your Schedule of Fees
along with the copy of a voided business check to our Application Department at
800.507.0964 ASAP! |

Receive your BluePay Gateway login |
|
| |
Once you have been approved by our Underwriting Department you
will automatically receive a welcome email from the BluePay Gateway Team.
Therein you will find your login and instructions. |

No money may be deposited to your account until we receive a
copy of 1) the signed Schedule of Fees and 2) a voided business check |
