CHICAGO – (08/08/11) - BluePay, a premier credit card processor, recently announced the acquisition of Eagle Point Financial, a credit card merchant with a large portfolio of high-end, boutique accounts and large volume restaurant accounts. The deal closed at the end of July and was acquired with the help of Preston Todd Advisors, leaders in M & A advisory services.
