In 2010, BluePay advanced from an A rating to an A+ from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), achieving the highest rating a company can receive, based on criteria including customer service and overall business operations. The BBB rating involves evaluations on business accreditation, recorded violations, customer complaints, advertising issues and more. In recognition of BluePay’s demonstrated competence in today’s electronic transactions environment, BluePay has been awarded the Certified Payments Professional™ (CPP) designation by the Electronic Transactions Association. The certification is based both on our experience and the passing of a rigorous examination that measures broad-based knowledge and competency in electronic transactions. Because of what the certification represents, BluePay is proud to be recognized as a Certified Payments Professional and will continue engaging in ongoing professional development to maintain the designation.
